Symphonic Band

  • Open to all wind and percussion players who are enrolled at Marquette.
  • This group requires a short, informal audition for seating only and welcomes all who wish to participate.
  • While most students own their own instruments, the university does have an inventory of brass, woodwind, percussion and string instruments for use by students.
  • The Symphonic Band is directed by Dr. Joel Flunker.

Rehearsals and Performances

  • The Symphonic Band meets Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 5:00 to 6:20 pm.
  • Performs in three major concerts on campus each year.
  • For more information, please contact Dr. Joel Flunker.
