Postgraduate Physician Assistant Emergency Medicine Program

Recent Graduation Fellows

Aurora logoIn today’s highly competitive job marketplace, unique learning experiences can make the difference in physician assistant hiring and can provide a medical system with PAs who bring the ability to offer patients the best possible care.

Marquette University’s Department of Physician Assistant Studies offers a one-year emergency medicine fellowship at Marquette, in partnership with Advocate Aurora Health Care. This is the first PA fellowship in Wisconsin, training in Emergency Medicine. The PA Fellows not only learn the field of Emergency Medicine, but develop their leadership skills for the profession.

The goal for the program is to provide the PAs an in-depth, focused year of training in emergency medicine. An intense, one-year training regimen will make the PAs more marketable in the competitive emergency medicine marketplace. They’ll be able to demonstrate advanced clinical skills and significant, hands-on experience.
