Schedule an appointment with the Career Center
The Business Career Center offers career preparation support to business majors, Graduate School of Management students and business alumni. BCC support areas include:
- Career preparation courses: All business undergraduates will complete LEAD 1050, 2000 and 3000. These courses focus on the transition to college, career choices, application strategies and the transition to internships and post-college life.
- Industry-aligned events: The BCC will host or cohost numerous industry-aligned recruiting and career education events each year. These events provide opportunities for students to learn about future possibilities and network with professionals and alumni. All events will be posted to Handshake and publicized by email.
- Individual support: Students and alumni are encouraged to meet with BCC staff to discuss individual questions and career planning. Appointments may be scheduled through Handshake.
- Mentoring: In collaboration with the Marquette Business Alumni Association, the BCC has historically supported the Business Mentor Program. This program guarantees a mentor with at least 5 years of professional experience to all sophomore business students who complete the application process. Student applications are due within September each year.

Military Service — ROTC
Army, Navy, Air Force, Marines — Marquette's tradition of excellence in preparing students in the ROTC is nationally known. One of the longest-running programs in the country, Marquette ranks seventh among national universities for percent of students who serve in ROTC, according to Washington Monthly.
