Students may choose from a broad range of courses to satisfy the 18 hour requirement for the minor.
The Family (SOCI 2200)
The Seminar on the Family (INFS 4953)
The Sociology 2200 course should be taken before other courses in the minor, or at least as soon as the student has decided to do the minor. The Seminar on the Family course should be taken last, after the other five courses have been completed or during the student's last year of study.
The student is free to choose the four remaining courses, the only restriction being that at least one course from each of the following three categories must be chosen.
