Meet a Marquette Engineer

Speak directly with Marquette engineering students to learn more about their experiences on campus – ask about course work, student organizations, co-op, internship, and research opportunities, life in Milwaukee, and more.

To connect with a student, email engineering@marquette.edu or plan your visit today. Depending on your interests and our engineering student ambassador availability, questions can be addressed via email or on a scheduled call. Feel free to reference the ambassador(s) that you'd like to speak with in your inquiry.

About Me:
As a type 1 diabetic and an emerging engineer, I aspire to improve lives of those suffering with chronic illness through the lens of human centered design. My experiences at Marquette both inside the classroom (studying biomedical and electrical engineering) and outside the classroom (whether it’s sailing on Lake Michigan or leading my Engineering Student Council team), have shown me that even the most difficult problems can be solved by stepping into the shoes of the person I’m helping and thinking innovatively. Ask me questions about the engineering curriculum, clubs on campus, the honors program, Greek life, club sports, or anything else about life at Marquette!

About Me:
I really like learning and talking as an engineer! I like to describe myself as a very social engineer. For the future, I am excited about the different people I will meet and the problems I will solve. As a student, I believe it is important not to be afraid of individuals in positions higher than you and to understand that everyone is equal.

After I graduate, I am so excited to be able to create someone's vision into reality and work on unique projects. I hope to someday lead others at a firm and be someone they can come to for guidance.

About Me:
Hello everyone, I'm Eric from Seattle, Washington! I am in the middle of my 3rd year studying mechanical engineering with a minor in Business Administration. Outside of class I am a student manager that helps with the day-to-day operations at REC Sports (the gym) here on campus. I am also a part of the engineering fraternity on campus. The frat hosts events like attending a Brewers game or camping that I have thoroughly enjoyed. If you have any questions about anything I am a part of please reach out!
