Julia C. Paulk earned her doctorate at Indiana University, Bloomington, in 2003 with a dual specialization in Spanish American Literature and Comparative Literature. As an Assistant Professor of Spanish at Marquette University, she teaches Spanish American literature, language, and culture classes.
