MARQCATopen Open Access Portal

May 2020—Raynor Memorial LIbraries has launched MARQCATopen, a multidisciplinary portal that simplifies searching for open-access scholarly materials. Built on the library's EDS platform, it lets anyone search and access materials across several open repostiories, from the library's own e-Publications@Marquette to collections like the Public Library of Science (PLoS) and DataCite. Since the portal's materials are open-access, a login is not required, making the portal a helpful resource for alumni, retirees, independent scholars, and anyone else without university credentials.
