Dean Welburn Retirement

October 2021—Janice Welburn, dean of University Libraries, retired on October 22, 2021, after 15 years of service to Marquette University and more than four decades to the library profession. During her tenure at Marquette, Janice Welburn led Raynor Memorial Libraries through a period of significant change in response to advances in teaching and scholarship by integrating traditions in libraries with new approaches to library services.
