- Search committee to review candidate pool and provide counsel to Isaacson, Miller regarding the pool.

- Isaacson, Miller to utilize search committee counsel to deepen candidate pool.

- Search committee to review candidate pool and identify semifinalists.

- Semifinalist interviews with search committee and Provost Ah Yun.

- Reference and background checks.

- Finalists to make visits to campus where they will interact with a broad range of members of the college and university community. All who participate in finalist visits must sign Acknowledgement of Confidentiality document.

- Marquette engages with Isaacson, Miller executive search firm.

- Provost Ah Yun meets with search committee and delivers charge.

- Search committee has launch meeting with Isaacson, Miller and schedules listening sessions.

- Listening sessions for faculty, students, and staff in the College of Nursing and other university leaders.

- Search committee meeting focusing on best practices with representatives from Human Resources, Mission and Ministry, Inclusive Excellence, and General Counsel.
