SPARK (Summer Priority Advising & Registration Kick-off)
SPARK (Summer Priority Advising & Registration Kick-off) offers students and their families the opportunity to prepare for their upcoming transition to Marquette University. Students will learn more about Marquette's Jesuit mission and what it means to be a member of the Marquette community as they prepare to go forth to set the world on fire. This is also an opportunity for advising and start of the course registration process for the fall semester. Sessions 1 to 4 in June Sessions allow for the students to spend the night on campus and Session 5 will be a virtual session for those coming from far distances. All sessions will allow students to engage with others in the Class of 2025!
SPARK@Home is required for all first-year students to ensure that they are prepared to register for fall courses and begin their Marquette journey. Students will participate virtually in the required June 2021 sessions, and we invite family members to participate in our optional SPARK@Home Family Programs.
Download our SPARK@Home New Student Checklist to prepare for SPARK@Home. Students must complete the Vector Solutions Course by June 4 at midnight and the entire checklist by 5pm CDT the day prior to their SPARK@Home session. These items must be completed in order to be able to register for classes during SPARK@Home.
