Marquette Central — Student Enrollment and Financial Services
The primary source for course registration, financial aid and student account information for all Marquette University students is Marquette Central. To access personal information online you will need your CheckMarq login and password. For assistance accessing information call (414) 288-4000 or send a question. When calling with a question, please have ready your MUID number and your Marquette Central Access Number (MCAN).
CheckMarq — Student Information System
CheckMarq is your gateway to student information at Marquette University and gives you access to your personal academic information such as grades, registration, transcripts, academic forms and much more. Most importantly, CheckMarq is how you will register for classes each semester.

Norman H. Ott Memorial Writing Center — Academic Writing Assistance and Support
The heart of our work is one-on-one conversations with writers at any stage of the writing process. While we can help writers learn about grammar, style and syntax, we also help writers with invention, drafting and revising.

Academic Calendar — Important Dates and Deadlines
The Academic Calendar will provide important information regarding when your classes start and end as well as important deadlines such as registering for your next course and applying for graduation.
Be aware — to refer to the appropriate calendar for your programs and that beginning and end dates vary based upon the session the class is scheduled. In order to stay current with all due dates for individual courses, it is wise to consult the Schedule of Assignments located in the course content section of your online course.
Career Services — Job Search Strategies
Career Services Center provides a broad range of career-related services to all Marquette University undergraduate students, graduate students and alumni. Explore your career path and employment options, enhance your job search skills and interview techniques, create an eye-catching resume, review job postings, hone your networking strategy and more.
Begin your career exploration with Handshake, an interactive career platform, which gains you access to resources, job postings and online appointments with career professionals. Log in using your Marquette username and password, and get started by completing your profile.
We encourage all students and alumni to utilize the services and resources available to them through the Career Services Center. Career exploration appointments are offered via telephone for all online students. If you plan to be on campus, set an in-person appointment. Make an appointment by logging into Handshake, select Career Center along the top navigation, and choose appointments to schedule an appointment. If you have questions regarding Handshake or Career Services Center call (414) 288-7423 between 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday–Friday, Central Time.
