JAA Recognition Awards entry process
Deadline: All entries must be received by April 15, 2016

There are two steps to complete your submission:
- Entry form
Use the online entry form to submit payment.
You may also send a check made out to Marquette University along with a printed copy of the entry form to:

You must complete an entry form for each submission, but you may combine the amount due for multiple submissions into one credit card amount or check.
- Award nomination
Nominations will be sent to the appropriate category chair.
Narrative: Include a title page with project title, category, institution, name of project, contact name and phone number/email address. Then in three pages or less, describe what you hoped to achieve when you began the project (goals); how you developed and implemented it (in-house or external staff or combination); budget for the whole project; and how you measured its effectiveness in relation to your goals.
Send three complete sets of the narrative and any additional material that illustrates your entry (publications, brochures, collateral, videos/DVDs, etc.) to the appropriate category chair. Entry materials will not be returned unless you make arrangements with the category chair in advance.
