Our team of catering professionals is specially trained to assist you with planning your event, focusing on every aspect to ensure quality and consistency. Our culinary team has created a variety of healthy and delicious menus to fit a wide range of budgets and tastes, including choices featuring organic and/or sustainable selections. They also take great pride in using the best possible local and seasonal ingredients, regional favorites and specialty items that will make your event a complete success.

Marquette Catering Guide - MCity 2024

The MCity 2024 Catering Guide will serve as your guide for hosting events on campus. New buffet options, breakfasts, appetizers, served dinners and local flare will bring a new experience to your events. 

CONSUMER ADVISORY – Consuming raw or undercooked meats, poultry, seafood, shellfish, or eggs may increase risk of foodborne illness especially if you have certain medical conditions.

Supplemental Catering Offerings

The items below were not included in the MCity 2023 Catering Guide but are now available through Catering:

 

Breakfast, Lunch and/or Dinner Options:

Cup of Soup (includes dinner rolls and butter), $13.25/person, 15 guest minimum

Slider Sandwich Platter (sandwich only), customer to make three sandwich selections from the Executive Buffet (page 19 of MCity Guide), $33.00/dozen, 2 dozen minimum

Soup and Salad Buffet (Soup du jour and salad buffet to include rolls, butter, hard boiled eggs, spring mix salad, shredded carrots, cucumber, tomato, cheddar cheese, croutons and ranch & italian dressings), $19.50/person, $2.00 additional for buffets of less 25 guests
Sliced chicken can be added for $3.00/person.

Waffles and/or pancakes served with butter and maple syrup added to Marquette Breakfast Buffet, $3.50/person

Mocktail Bar Offerings:

  • Golden Eagle (Blue Hawaiian), Lemon-Lime soda, blue curaco syrup, lemon juice, orange juice, lemon slices, orange slices, gold edible glitter.  $8.00/each
  • The Milwaukee Sunset (Tequila Sunrise), Orange juice, lemon-lime soda, grenadine, orange slices.  $8.00/each
  • The French 75, Lemon juice, simple syrup, sparkling white grape juice, cherry.  $8.00/each.

 

Entrees:

The following plated entrees are now advailable in addition to the offerings in the MCity Catering Guide. (see page 27 of MCity Catering Guide for accompaniments)

Quinoa Stuffed Butternut Squash, Quinoa and Roasted Vegetables Stuffed in a Butternut Squash with a Squash Coulis, $24.00/person. 

Barbecue grilled chicken on top of cheddar mashed potatoes with a green bean carrot blend. $28.00/person. 

Teriyaki Chicken with an Orange Glaze on Sweet Chili Rice served with Stir Fried Vegetables, $28.00/person. 

Lemon Garlic Chicken with Puttanesca served on Tomato Orzo served with Roasted Italian Vegetables, $28.00/person. 

Badlands Buffet with BBQ Ribs and Grilled Chicken. Choice of steamed vegetables or green beans and choice of macaroni & cheese or roasted red potatoes. Served with a garden salad and rolls & butter, $26.50/person.

Big Red Barn Buffet with BBQ Pulled Chicken and BBQ Pulled Pork served with hamburger buns. Includes Condiments, garnish tray, creamy cole slaw, roasted potatoes, garden salad with rolls & butter, $26.50/person.

Country Buffet includes New York Strip with choice of home fries or baked potato. Served with corn on the cob, tossed garden salad, toasted french bread, $26.50/person.

Cattle Call Buffet with Hamburgers and Hot Dogs. Served with macaroni & cheese and choice of pasta or potato salad and fresh watermelon. Buns, condiments and garnish tray included. $18.00/person

 

Dietary Considerations:

Gluten Friendly Bun, $3.00/each.  Charge when request is made to add a gluten free sandwich to existing boxed lunches or platters. This is a per person charge. Sandwich will be boxed and/or presented separately based on sponsoring departments set up/request.

Served Lunch/Dinner Gluten Friendly Dessert Options.  $3.50 up charge to menu pricing for each GF dessert.

Golden Eagle Catering - Student Organization Catering Guide

The Golden Eagle Catering Guide provides great value and convenience designed for students organizations. Orders will be packaged for easy pick up from the Marquette Place in the AMU. Available Monday - friday from 8 am to 4:30 p.m. with 10 working days advance notice. Contact the AMU Event Services Office, AMU 245, to place an order.
