Several university departments are represented including Sodexo Dining services/Catering, Facilities Planning and Management, AMU Student Engagement Office, Office of Engagement & Inclusion, Office of the Registrar, Parking Services and University Special Events.

Marquette University has a variety of spaces on campus to meet the needs of your next meeting, conference or special event. Your affiliation to Marquette University will determine what spaces are available for use and each can be reserved.
Alumni Memorial Union Facilities
The Alumni Memorial Union "AMU" is centrally located on campus at 1442 West Wisconsin Avenue, Milwaukee, WI 53233. The AMU facilities include the Union Sports Annex, Varsity Theatre and Weasler Auditorium and offer:
- 17 meeting rooms
- 10,000 square foot Monaghan Grand Ballroom (divisible into five separate spaces)
- 1,050 seat capacity Varsity Theatre
- 500 seat capacity Weasler Auditorium
- State of the art audio/visual equipment
- A variety of dining options including a cafeteria, coffee shop, Innovation Kitchen and the Union Sports Annex WOW Wingery.
- Services in the AMU include a contract postal station full service bank including two ATM machines and The Marquette Spirit Shop.

Academic space is restricted to university department and recognized student organization use. University departments can submit requests directly through the Office of the Registrar via 25Live while student organizations will plan their meeting or event with the Alumni Memorial Union Event Services team.
Raynor Library Conference Center
The Conference Center in the Raynor Memorial Library has meeting space available for university academic and administrative needs. The conference center is located in the lower level of the library and is able to accommodate events from small gatherings to larger conference with up to 120 guests.
