Michael Koscielny is an accomplished insurance executive, educator, and author with more than four decades of experience in the property and casualty insurance industry. His career includes senior leadership roles in underwriting, insurance operations, product management, and enterprise risk initiatives, with a strong emphasis on ethical decision-making, profitability, and talent development.

Serving as Adjunct Professor at Marquette University, he teaches Introduction to Insurance and Risk Management and Insurance Company Operations. His courses integrate CPCU-aligned curriculum with real-world application, market insight, and case-based learning to prepare students for professional success.

In addition to Marquette, he is Adjunct Professor in the MBA Programs at The University of Olivet and a National Faculty Member for The Risk & Insurance Education Alliance. He is Founder and CEO of Born2Lead, LLC, focused on leadership development, mentorship, and knowledge transfer for emerging leaders within academia and the insurance profession through teaching, writing, and service.
