- If you are part of an event in Engineering Hall, 42in x 30in is the default size for all posters. 42in x 30in foam core is what is used for Engineering Hall poster event set up.

- Conference posters not associated with events in Engineering Hall are available by request. Email dlc@marquette.edu with those print requests. If the poster is going off campus, we will do our best to fill your need and make you look good.
- Poster file sizes should be less than 15 megabytes. If you are having trouble with a file size larger than 15 meg, reduce all pictures in the file to 150-200dpi. The file size will shrink.
- The Marquette University logo shall be used in accordance with university logo guidelines. If you wish to use the Opus College of Engineering logo, email dlc@marquette.edu.
- We do not accept disks, CDs, thumb drives, portable media, zip drives, carrier pigeons, SD Cards or Pony Express Messages because of the virus risks from physical media. We are also hesitant about unverified links. Please be careful.
