Jessie Sandoval is a senior studying Psychology and Criminology & Law Studies and minoring in Spanish. She serves as a Peer Tutor for an Introduction to Psychology class and is a former McNair Scholar. She is currently applying to graduate programs in Clinical Psychology. Her career goal is to obtain a Ph.D. in Clinical Psychology with a Concentration in Forensic Psychology. Jessie’s research interests include civil commitment of sexually violent persons, PTSD related to law enforcement and military personnel, and other forensic psychology topics. In her free time, Jessie enjoys spending time with her family, fiancé, and friends, watching crime dramas on TV and playing with her dog, Max.
