- We will contact providers for any referrals submitted within the last six months that have not been scheduled or completed.
- For patients with CCHP insurance coverage, please ensure the referral is submitted to the insurance portal DPOW by the referring office.

What to expect
At your first appointment, an explanation of the treatment is given.
At your second and third appointments, root canal treatment is performed by a resident dentist under the supervision of licensed endodontic specialists.
