What is Endodontics?

Endodontics is a specialty to remove disease from the root canal space of the tooth.

** As we approach the end of the academic year, appointment availability is limited, and we may not be able to accommodate all referrals at this time. Thank you for your patience as we prepare for the new academic year. **

 

  • The clinic is currently accepting new referrals. Please follow the updated guidelines for the referral process. We have implemented a new referral form, and all referrals must now be submitted through our online portal. Thank you for your cooperation!
  • If you have a referral for a child (minor) due to traumatic injury, please use this link.
  • We will contact providers for any referrals submitted within the last six months that have not been scheduled or completed.
  • For patients with CCHP insurance coverage, please ensure the referral is submitted to the insurance portal DPOW by the referring office.

What to expect

At your first appointment, an explanation of the treatment is given.

At your second and third appointments, root canal treatment is performed by a resident dentist under the supervision of licensed endodontic specialists.
