Dental Treatment at the Dental School

  • Dental students are required to follow certain steps, so it will take numerous appointments to complete your treatment.
  • You are considered a patient of record as long as you are a "teaching case" for our students.
  • You are required to be on time for all dental appointments. If you are unable to keep your appointment, a 24 hour notice is required to your clinic group coordinator.
  • Two failed appointments or 2 cancellations without 24 hour notice, multiple late appointments or unsuccessful attempts to reach you by phone is cause for dismissal from our school program.
  • You must update your MyDental information or notify the Registration Assistant when you check in of any changes in your name, phone number, address and Medicaid coverage. Access MyDental patient portal.
  • The school reserves the right to discontinue treatment when no progress is being made to improve your dental health, you fail our policies, or it is in the best interest of you or the school.
  • To send your assigned student a message if you are already registered in MyDental, login to the portal.

Patient contact

  • Call (414) 288-6790, Monday through Friday between the hours of 9 a.m. and 4 p.m. to speak with a representative or schedule your initial screening consultation.

  • Current patients that have a dental emergency during regular business hours please contact your assigned student or Group Coordinator
  • Emergency walk-in service is available for people in the community who need emergency care. Patients may arrive after 8 a.m. (Monday-Friday) to receive one of the four available times for emergency care.
