Please note, the timeline below is for First-Year Applicants who plan to start classes in the Fall semester. Applications for the Spring semester are reviewed on a rolling basis starting in October.

 

Apply for Admission

For the Fall 2025 application cycle for first-year domestic and international students, Marquette is offering two application deadlines: Early Action and Regular Decision. The application will be available in early August. 

If you apply Early Action (on or before November 15), you will receive an admission decision notification through your student status page on or before December 20.

Regular Decision applications submitted to Marquette by February 1 are considered as on-time and are reviewed as part of the initial Regular Decision application pool. On-time Regular Decision applicants will receive an admission decision through their student status page on or before March 1.

 

Applications received and completed after the February 1 deadline will be reviewed on a rolling and space-available basis. 

 

Application and Admission Notification Deadlines

Early Action: November 15

In order to receive an Early Action admission decision and a Père Marquette Award on or before December 20, an Early Action application must be submitted and complete by November 15. 

Regular Decision: February 1

In order to receive a Regular Decision admission decision and a Père Marquette Award on or before March 1, a Regular Decision application must be submitted and complete by February 1. 

 

 

National Candidate Reply Date

May 1 

Marquette follows the National Candidate Reply date, the day by which students must notify their colleges of their intention to enroll (or not enroll). You have until May 1 to submit your tuition and housing deposit to Marquette. Deposits are submitted through your student status page.
