There are many different apartment layouts at The Marq.  This guide can assist you in identifying a particular desired layout during the Apartment Selection Process.

When completing an online booking for an apartment at The Marq, please use the floorplans below to ensure that you are booking yourself and your roommates into the correct bedrooms.

The Lofts

(Front building on Wisconsin Ave.;

Studio - 4-bedroom units)

The Suites

(Rear building on 21st Street;

2- and 3-bedroom suites)

 

The Lofts

The Lofts building is the southerly building at the corner of 21st and Wisconsin, and contains studio, 1-, 2-, 3-, and 4-bedroom apartments of various styles.

Studios

  • Studios (11 total; ~425 ft2). All studio layouts are the same, although the floorplan may be flipped, depending upon the unit.
    • L204
    • Floors 3-7: Lx04, Lx18

One-bedrooms

All one-bedroom layouts are ADA accessible

Two-bedrooms (1-bath)

  • Two-bedroom (24 total; ~650 ft2) All two-bedorom layouts are the same, although the floorplan may be flipped, depending upon the unit.
    • Floor 2: L202, L203, L211, L220
    • Floors 3-7: Lx02, Lx03, Lx19, Lx20
  • Two-bedroom deluxe A-layout (5 total; ~750 ft2)
    • Floors 3-7: Lx10
  • Two-bedroom deluxe B-layout (6 total; ~750 ft2)
    • Floors 2-7: Lx22

The Suites

The Suites building is the northerly building located at the mid-block of 21st Street between Wisconsin and Wells, and contains 2- and 3-bedroom suites.

Two-bedroom suites

  • Two-bedroom, two-bath A-layout (50 total; ~760 ft2). All A-layouts are the same, although the floorplan may be flipped, depending upon the unit:
    • A-bedspace private bath: Floors 1-5: Sx00, Sx01, Sx03, Sx05, Sx08, Sx15
    • B-bedspace private bath: Floors 1-5: Sx02, Sx04, Sx06, Sx13
  • Two-bedroom, two-bath B-layout (10 total, ~760 ft2). All B-layouts are the same, although the floorplan may be flipped, depending upon the unit:
    • A-bedspace private bath: Floors 1-5: Sx14
    • B-bedspace private bath: Floors 1-5: Sx07

Three-bedroom suites

  • Three-bedroom, three-bath (40 total, ~1000 ft2). All three-bedroom suite layouts are the same, although the floorplan may be flipped, depending upon the unit:
    • A-bedspace detached: Floors 1-5: Sx09, Sx11, Sx12, Sx17, Sx19
    • C-bedspace detached: Floors 1-5: Sx10, Sx16, Sx18
