Assistant Director, Business Career Center

Jenny is excited to engage students in their career development journey through the Business Career Center. She earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Psychology from John Carroll University and a Master of Arts Degree in Counseling and Human Development with a track in Student Affairs from Walsh University. Jenny coordinates employer relations on behalf of the Business Career Center, will teach in the LEAD career development course series, manages the Internship for Credit Program, supports COBA department partnerships, and meets with students for career advising.

She brings career services, employer relations, and student success and engagement to the BCC, previously working as the Associate Director of Career Development at Capital University in Columbus, Ohio. Her work included connecting internships and full-time jobs to students and alumni, supervising Peer Career Advisors, collaborating with student organizations on career development presentations, coordinating annual career fair participation, and teaching multiple courses in student success. She is also a former board member of the Ohio College Personnel Association (OCPA) and chaired the Careers in Student Affairs Conference in 2019. She has won the 2023 Innovative Program of the Year Award and 2023 Outstanding Mid-Level Professional Award from OCPA.
