As the Associate Director of the Center for Supply Chain Management at Marquette, I get to do what I love every day: help students discover the incredible opportunities within the supply chain field and support them as they find internships and launch their careers. One of the most rewarding parts of my job is encouraging more women to explore supply chain through our Women in Supply Chain Scholars program and watching their confidence grow. I also enjoy bringing alumni and industry partners back to campus to share their experiences and open doors for our students. I feel lucky to work at a university that truly puts students first and allows me to play a role in their journeys.
