Tony Zolla is a C-suite executive, board advisor, and management educator who has spent three decades leading at the intersection of digital technology, business transformation, and organizational change. His work focuses on a defining challenge for today’s leaders: how organizations, management practices, and the nature of leadership itself must evolve amid accelerating change.

Tony has built digital businesses generating billions in revenue, launched and scaled products reaching tens of millions of people, and reshaped how complex global enterprises organize, operate, and adapt. His career spans leadership roles at some of the world’s most recognized companies, including Hyatt Hotels, Ticketmaster, Cars Commerce, and ULTA Beauty, and today extends to the boardroom, where he advises the Board of Directors of First Horizon Corporation.

At Marquette, Tony brings the perspective of a seasoned business leader into the classroom, connecting academic concepts with real-world business challenges. His teaching prepares students to think critically, exercise sound judgment, and lead effectively as technology and new ways of working reshape the workplace.
