AI Leadership in Real Estate
Lead people and AI agents, side by side.
AI is changing how leaders lead. Managers need context on what works, what doesn't, and how to guide change on their teams. When a manager builds something and shows it off, analysts follow their lead and senior leaders gain confidence.
Join us for an eight-week Executive Education cohort designed to help early- to mid-career managers lead their teams through AI adoption and leave with something they built and a plan to use it. The course will launch January 28, 2027. Fill out the interest form below to receive additional registration details as the date draws closer!

Management in an AI-ready workplace is changing the way leaders lead. This program brings managers together to understand how change management works, what adopting and leveraging AI tools looks like, and how to build something realistic that can be deployed. Participants gain the context to know what's out there, what works, and what doesn't.
The program is led by experts at the intersection of artificial intelligence, management theory and real estate. Participants will also benefit from real-world research and thought-leadership coming out of Marquette’s renown AI in Real Estate Lab, which exists to study cutting-edge use-cases in the commercial real estate, construction and real estate legal spaces.
Grounded in Proven Theory
AI is new, but leading it well draws on long-standing organizational behavior, change management, and the adult learning model. The program layers AI onto participants' existing operating model (customers, finance, people, and process) so they get better at what they already do. The same scaffolding can carry future cohorts as the technology keeps changing.
This course is designed for early-to-mid-career managers at the intersection of needing to leverage AI tools for their business and who also have responsibility for leading others through leveraging AI. Participants will leverage organizational behavior structures and theory, leadership development, and actually tangible building of AI tools in this training, all within a cohort model where students will also learn from one another.
Program pillars
The course will break down leadership in an AI context across several pillars, culminating in an in-person capstone event aimed at deepening your network and relationships for future peer-to-peer support.
