Marquette Young Alumni Association Pregame Celebration

This is Our Day! The Young Alumni Association invites you to join fellow young alumni at an exclusive National Marquette Day Pregame Celebration. Enjoy a buffet and unlimited mixed drinks, beer (including '77 Golden Ale), soda, and seltzers.

Please note a portion of your registration fee is a non-refundable, tax-deductible gift to the Marquette University Milwaukee Endowed Scholarship Fund.

Online registration closes on Tuesday, February 2. The registration fee will increase by an additional $5 the day of the event. 

In conjunction with this event, we will hold a food and personal product drive for Marquette’s Backpack Program. Any un-opened, non-perishable, un-expired food items and personal care items will be accepted. If you donate an item, you will earn a free spin on the prize wheel.

National Marquette Day Pep Rally & Pregame Celebration

National Marquette Day brings the Marquette nation united together in pride and spirit to honor the values we cherish throughout the year. Join us for a pep rally and pregame gathering as we kick off this Marquette tradition.

Enjoy a delicious lunch buffet with all the fixings and unlimited draft beer, '77 Golden Ale, wine, seltzer drinks, soda, coffee and tea.

$30 per adult

$10 for children (12 and younger)

Your registration includes a non-refundable, tax-deductible gift to the Elevating Women’s Athletics Fund. Your gift helps transform young women into leaders who will go on to be Difference Makers and serve as role models for future generations. This fund directly impacts female student-athletes by providing resources to help elevate their success in the classroom, in competition and in the community.

Register online by Wednesday, February 1.

Advance registration is strongly suggested due to limited capacity. The registration fee will be $35 per adult and $15 per child at the door on the day of the event.

Tickets to the basketball game are not included in the reception price.

Near West Side Bus Tour

Explore Milwaukee's Near West Side!

Marquette University is proudly located within the Near West Side community. To showcase the pride of the Near West Side, the Center for Peacemaking is offering a 1-hour bus tour to explore historical landmarks, places to stay, and restaurants to visit while here in Milwaukee. The tour will include highlights of Marquette’s work to improve housing, safety, health, and economic conditions in the Near West Side businesses. The tour, led by the student Center for Peacemaking, will highlight ways students are involved in the neighborhood and the work that Marquette is doing to live out Ignatian values.

The tour will leave from the Town Bank Branch of the AMU at 9:00 a.m. on Saturday, February 4. Reserve your spot by e-mailing patrick.kennelly@marquette.edu.

77 Golden Ale

Celebrate National Marquette Day with '77 Golden Ale, a  limited edition beer by Blue and Gold Ventures, an MU student-run business program, in the College of Business, and a unique partnership with Marquette alumni brewing leaders. The name ‘77 is inspired by Marquette University's 1977 national champion Men’s Basketball team.
