Contact Student Loan Accounts and Collections

The Office of Student Loan Accounts and Collections is open Monday through Friday from 8 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. Central Time. The office is closed weekends and all university holidays.

To ensure borrower privacy when calling the Office of Student Loan Accounts and Collections, both the borrower’s full name and MUID, loan account number, or last four digits of the borrower’s social security number must be provided.

Depending upon your needs, we will contact you by return email, telephone, or regular mail. For address changes, email us your full name, MUID, new address and phone number.
