The Office of Student Loan Accounts and Collections (SLAC) serves as a resource for our students, providing the tools and guidance needed for those seeking assistance in managing their student loan accounts and out-of-school bursar accounts. Our office partners with ECSI, a third-party billing service. Please treat correspondence from ECSI as if it is from Marquette.
Staff are available to assist students from the initial loan disbursement to understanding loan repayment and benefits terms. Repayment options are available on this site. Staff can assist you with your questions and clarification of your options. Our goal is to provide the financial literacy resources to enhance the borrower’s understanding of managing their financial options and obligations in pursuing an education. For information on Federal Loans (Stafford, Grad PLUS, Parent PLUS, FFEL), please visit studentaid.gov.
