Marquette Explorer Program

The Marquette Explorer Program is a concurrent dual-enrollment program offered by Marquette University for partner high school students. Explorer program credentials high school instructors to teach Marqutte undergradaute courses at the high school. The program offers qualified high school students who have demonstrated dedication, ability, and motivation the opportunity to begin taking college level courses while they are still in high school. (First-year international undergraduate students around the world are also able to register for Explorer courses as non-degree seeking students.)

Dual-enrollment Programs are growing exponentially in popularity among high school students, both domestically and internationally. Students who finish dual-enrollment programs can not only graduate college early and save tuition, but can also gain confidence by seeing their own success at managing college level coursework successfully.

A few advantages of the Marquette Explorer Program are:

  • Earn Marquette University’s college credits while in high school
  • More likely to graduate college early and save college tuition
  • Highly transferrable credits
  • Diverse and rigorous curriculum
  • Enhance students’ college applications
