Michelle Herrick is a Managing Director and Head of Commercial Real Estate for JPMorgan Chase Commercial Banking, where she leads the largest commercial real estate portfolio in the United States, spanning Agency Lending, Community Development Banking, Commercial Term Lending, and Real Estate Banking. Since joining the firm in 2017, she has led its national Real Estate Banking business before assuming her current role in 2025, drawing on more than two decades of experience that includes prior roles at Bank of America and LaSalle Bank. A Global Trustee of the Urban Land Institute and a board member of The Real Estate Roundtable, Herrick holds bachelor's degrees from Miami University and an MBA from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business.
