Director of Recruitment and Student Success

Erin is from Hudson, Wisconsin, right outside of the Twin Cities. She attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire earning a degree in Secondary Education and Social Studies with dual emphases in Political Science and History in 2019. She spent the first three years of her professional career teaching middle and high school students in rural Minnesota.

Although she loved her time as a teacher, she chose to step into the higher ed space taking on the Director of Student Success and Recruitment role in the Diederich College of Communication here at Marquette University. She serves as a member of the Committee on Scholastic Action and as the college's point person for SPARK. If you are interested in learning more about undergraduate majors or minors in the college, please reach out to Erin or schedule a tour!

In her free time Erin enjoys hiking, sailing, camping, going to concerts, attending Brewers games, and enjoying all Milwaukee has to offer.
