Diederich Experience trips are unique opportunities for students with at least junior status in the Diederich College of Communication to connect with Marquette alumni who have built successful careers in their respective fields. These trips allow students to practice engaging with industry professionals, begin to build their networks and refine their post-graduation plans.

Students travel in a group with faculty chaperones to a city where Diederich College alumni are actively working. During these trips, students have opportunities to meet with alumni and ask questions about their work while exploring the field of communication. 

The Diederich College pays for the travel and hotel accomodations for selected students.
