Jacqui Banaszynski 

Jacqui Banaszynski was the 2020 Nieman lecturer. An award-winning journalist, emerita professor at the Missouri School of Journalism, and faculty fellow at the world-renowned Poynter Institute, she serves as the editor of Nieman Storyboard, a global website which celebrates and examines the art and craft of narrative journalism. 

The Lucius W. Nieman Symposium, named after the founder of The Milwaukee Journal, Lucius W. Nieman, is an annual event sponsored by the J. William and Mary Diederich College of Communication.
