Emergency dental care

How to get emergency care

If you are NOT receiving current care at the dental school and have a dental emergency, you can use our walk-in emergency service. Emergency service is available Monday through Friday on a first-come, first-served basis. You can only be seen two times for emergency care. Further care may be accomplished by becoming a patient of record.

The south doors of the school open at 7:30 a.m. Our walk-in emergency service clinic generally sees 5 walk-in patients per day. Please note, this number is based on our coverage and can change. Please call (414) 288-6790 for additional information.

Payment options

We accept cash, Visa, Discover and Master Card for walk-in emergencies, payable before being seen. We accept Wisconsin Medicaid (Title 19). (See Forward Health providers list on payment page.)

We do not accept checks or American Express.
