Requesting Transcripts By Mail

SPECIAL NOTE:  Please be aware of the following changes to transcript order processing that are in place until further notice.  Due to campus closures related to COVID-19, in person requests and pick-up orders for transcripts are not being processed.  You are strongly encouraged to submit an online request for PDF electronic delivery for your transcript order to be processed in a timely manner.  If you need to order a transcript by mail or request paper delivery of your transcript, please anticipate delays in processing due to limited on-campus staffing.

Current and former students and alumni can request transcripts by mail using the paper request form.

If you have forms from other institutions or agencies, such as LSDAS or AMCAS forms, that must be sent with your transcript, you may include them with your request.

Payment by check or money order must accompany all requests. Transcripts will no longer be sent without payment.

Transcripts that are held for pickup at Marquette Central must be claimed within 1 month of request. Transcripts not claimed within 1 month will be destroyed and a new request must be submitted.
