    The university will be CLOSED Monday, July 1, 2019 through Saturday, July 6, 2019. Transcript service will not be available until Monday, July 8, 2019.

    deadline for summer term 2019 graduates who did not participate in the Spring 2019 Commencement Ceremony to apply for graduation
  • October 1, 2019
    deadline for fall term 2019 graduates who did not participate in the Spring 2019 Commencement Ceremony to apply for graduation
  • Summer term 2018, fall term 2018 and January 31, 2019 - April 30, 2019 graduates
    diplomas and/or certificates will not be available at the 2019 Commencement Ceremony graduates may pickup diplomas and/or certificates at Marquette Central or request shipping from the Office of the Registrar 4-6 weeks from graduation date

The Office of the Registrar strategically develops and implements best practices and technology for the University in the maintenance and security of the academic record, which includes FERPA training for the University and management of the following: academic calendars, curriculum process, records module of the Student Information System, Schedule of Classes, Classroom assignments, registration, grading, transfer credit, transcripts, diplomas/certificates, federal compliance/reporting, and internal student data reporting.
