Instructor of Practice - Information Systems, Analytics and Supply Chain Management

John Golden joined Marquette University in 2018 as an instructor of business and supply chain, teaching courses in innovation and creativity, business essentials, and operations and supply chain management. He holds an MS from the University of Miami and a B.S. from Northwood University. He also has experience teaching a variety of supply chain courses, including additive manufacturing, industry 4.0, and transportation.

John has over 30 years of medical device and aerospace experience. He has held positions in product management and service marketing with Marquette Electronics, Inc. and has held several operations positions including sourcing leader, supply chain leader, and productivity project manager with General Electric Healthcare. Prior to retiring from the corporate world in 2015, John was a service assurance manager at B/E Aerospace and IT project leader with Genpact.  John is Six Sigma certified and experienced in implementing lean manufacturing systems.
