Applicant may be any high school senior or current college student who is planning on, or is currently pursuing, a degree in the medical field such as therapy, nursing, medicine, nutrition, laboratory science, dentistry, etc. Applicant must have a minimum 3.0 GPA.

American Dental Hygienists' Association Scholarships

Applicant must be a resident of Minnesota, North Dakota, South Dakota, or Wisconsin. Applicant must be a student or profession member of the American Dental Hygienists' Association (ADHA). Applicant must be a U.S. citizen or permanent resident. Must be enrolled in a accredited dental hygiene program. Applicant must have a GPA of 3.5 or higher.

The F. Edward Hebert Armed Forces Health Professions Scholarship Program
Amount:  Full-tuition and monthly stipend
Deadline:  No Deadline

Applicant must be a U.S. citizen, be enrolled full-time and qualify to become a commissioned officer.  Student must be pursuing an advanced degree in medicine, dentistry, veterinary science, psychiatric nursing, optometry or psychology.  The U.S. Army Medical Department will pay 100 percent of tuition for a graduate-level health care degree and a $2,000 monthly stipend.  Recipient is obligated to serve one year of active duty for every year the scholarship is received.
