First-floor, dividable ballroom-type space with flexible seating

  • Rental Information:
    • $1,000 a day for full room
    • $500 for half of the room (A or B side)

    • Full-room rental includes use of the Wintrust North Gallery and Gannon Atrium

Large classrooms

Fourth-floor, modular, multipurpose learning space that can be adapted to fit your needs.

Innovation room

    • $200 a day
    • Capacity: seats 60

    • Modular classroom with technology allows hybrid learning experiences
    • Classroom can be used for small groups, lectures and conferences with multiple topics and sessions running simultaneously.

    • Six viewing monitors around the room
    • Video conference capabilities via mounted cameras and PC
    • High-speed guest Wi-Fi access

Additional classroom spaces with various layouts may be available upon request for larger multi-room conferences and/or smaller break-out sessions.  Classroom spaces have limited availability while classes are in session.  Inquire for details.

Medium classrooms

Additional classroom spaces are available upon request for rental by themselves or in addition to another room rental.  These medium-sized classrooms are good for workshops and lectures as well as for conference break-out sessions.  Classroom spaces have limited availability while classes are in session.  Inquire for details.

  • Rental Information: $150 a day
  • Adjustabe rooms: capacity of 30 on each side with wall divider in place
      • 226A, 226B, 436A, & 436B

Small meeting rooms

Each floor on the building features two small conference rooms that can be used for meetings and break-out sessions.

Outdoor patio space

Kemp Plaza

The O’Brien Hall Kemp Plaza Patio features two gas firepits under pergolas, giving a nice ambiance to any meeting or reception.

  • Rental Information
    • $150 a day
    • Ideal for receptions or seated groups of less than 20 people
    • Only available evenings after 4:30 or daytime hours during most of June, July, August
